Kristen Poor is a seasoned marketing leader with over a decade of experience building the marketing department at a top-tier management consulting firm. For the past five years, she’s run her own marketing consultancy, helping more than 20 businesses scale their marketing strategies—from foundational brand work to long-term growth execution. Many of her client relationships span four years or more, a testament to her impact and trusted partnership. A former Division I soccer player, Kristen holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.S. in Project Management and Leadership from Northeastern University.

Known for his operational excellence and leadership, Fred brings a data-driven approach to solving complex business challenges and building high-performing teams—blending project management expertise with financial insight gained from studying finance at Providence College.
