Meet the Team

Kristen, Chief Marketing Officer

Kristen brings over a decade of experience leading, managing, executing and tracking a wide range of marketing programs across several channels, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy, lead generation, design, thought leadership and branded events.

She previously spent 12 years growing the marketing program at Innosight, an innovation strategy firm cofounded by Clayton Christensen, and held various marketing roles within Eaton Vance, HomePortfolio, and the Law Office of Lise R. Connell.

Leveraging her cross-industry experience, Kristen has spent the last five years building her own marketing firm, Joseph Rhodes LLC, advising growing companies in various verticals on their marketing strategies. She enjoys working with teams, building brands and supporting leadership with strategic marketing initiatives.

Kristen received a B.A. in Communications, Media Studies cum laude from Northeastern University where she was a member of the women’s soccer team. She also received her M.S. in Project Management, Leadership summa cum laude from Northeastern as a Dean’s Scholar and member of the Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society.

In her free time, she enjoys travel, sports, live music and spending time with her husband and their kids, Jacob, Asher and Kingsley.

Fred, Chief Operations Officer

Fred is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in sales and business operations, specializing in sales enablement, finance, project and program management, and building efficiencies. His expertise lies in optimizing sales processes, improving performance, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Fred’s proficiency in Salesforce has been a cornerstone of his career, allowing him to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. He is adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales processes and drive business outcomes.

Most recently, Fred serves as the Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics at a leading SaaS company, overseeing a team responsible for business communications, order entry, and Salesforce hygiene.

Previously, he led Global Sales Operations at a sports technologies and analytics company, where he managed strategic business practices for over 3,200 customers worldwide.

His tenure at a hardware and software tech giant as a Senior Advisor in Sales Planning & Strategy further refined his expertise in financial planning and data-driven sales strategies.

Fred is excited about all things Salesforce, and about enabling sales and marketing teams to perform at their peak. He thrives in change and enthusiastically embraces growth opportunities and challenges. In his personal time, he enjoys basketball, golf, travel, and spending time with his kids.
